These terms apply to all purchases regardless of whether the product is sold directly by Ayoub Computers, by an authorised retail partner, or by a third-party vendor on the platform.
Marketplace & third-party vendors
ayoubcomputers.com has operated as a multi-vendor marketplace platform since 2024. Certain products listed on our website may be sold, invoiced, and fulfilled directly by independent third-party vendors registered and approved by Ayoub Computers.
Understanding who you are buying from
Products on ayoubcomputers.com are sold by one of two parties: Ayoub Computers (the platform operator, selling its own inventory) or an approved third-party vendor (an independent seller registered on the marketplace). The seller is clearly identified on the product page and in your order confirmation.
When purchasing from a third-party vendor on ayoubcomputers.com:
- The respective vendor is responsible for order processing, invoicing, and delivery of their products.
- ayoubcomputers.com facilitates the transaction and provides full customer support at all times — regardless of which vendor fulfilled your order.
- Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which applies to all orders on the platform.
- All vendors are vetted, approved, and contractually required to adhere to ayoubcomputers.com's quality and authenticity standards before listing on the platform.
Shipment notice
Your order may be fulfilled from multiple distribution centers or by different vendors. Available items may be shipped immediately and could arrive in separate shipments.
In the event of stock unavailability or supply chain delays, our team will contact you within 24 hours with an update and alternative options if needed.

Order placed & confirmed
Your order is received and queued for processing. A confirmation email is sent immediately to the address provided at checkout.
Preparation & dispatch
Our logistics team — or the relevant marketplace vendor — prepares and dispatches your items from warehouses or distribution centers.
Pickup notification (if applicable)
If you selected showroom pickup at an authorised retail location, you will receive a call confirming the estimated collection time. Note that Zalqa, Beirut Salim Salam, and Centro Mall are operated by authorised retail partners. Please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation.
In case of shortage
In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, our team will contact you within 3–24 hours to offer a similar item, cancellation, or a direct consultation with a senior sales team member.
Delivery to your door
Free delivery is provided to all Lebanese districts. Refer to our Quick Delivery Guide for timelines by zone.
Pickup & availability
Certain items are available for online purchase and are shipped directly from vendors or remote warehouses. These products are not immediately available at all retail locations. Please confirm availability with your chosen location before visiting.
Showroom pickup — 24–48 hours preparation
If you select showroom pickup, please allow 24–48 hours for order preparation at your chosen authorised retail location. Our team will contact you when your order is ready. Note that Zalqa, Beirut Salim Salam, and Centro Mall are operated by authorised retail partners — independent operators. Items dispatched from third-party vendors or remote warehouses may take longer.
In-store pickup is available at all authorised retail locations that carry ayoubcomputers.com products — including both Ayoub Computers-operated branches (Mouawad, Jnah) and authorised retail partner locations (Zalqa, Beirut Salim Salam, Centro Mall). Our team will always confirm readiness before you travel to collect. For collections at authorised retail partner locations, please confirm availability directly with that branch prior to visiting.
Payment options & VAT
ayoubcomputers.com offers flexible payment options at checkout:
- Card payment — local and international debit/credit cards accepted, including Pay by Link.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — accepted in USD or LBP at the daily market rate.
- Whish — Whish wallet transfer and Whish payment card accepted.

Customers residing in Lebanon are subject to an additional 11% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be calculated and applied to the total order value at checkout. Customers residing outside Lebanon are exempt from VAT. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable tax policy based on your location.
Note: VAT invoices are issued by the selling entity — either Ayoub Computers (for direct sales) or the respective third-party vendor (for marketplace orders). The invoice will clearly identify the issuing party.
Delivery information
ayoubcomputers.com provides free delivery to every Lebanese district — no minimum order required. ayoubcomputers.com has entered into signed agreements with multiple authorised delivery partners — including Aramex, Delivery Hub, .Net Logistics, and additional logistics partners — to ensure prompt fulfilment of orders placed on the platform. Orders are dispatched from multiple distribution centers or directly from any authorised retail location, depending on product availability and proximity. All marketplace vendors and authorised retail partners are contractually required to provide free delivery to all Lebanese districts in accordance with ayoubcomputers.com delivery standards.
- Zone A & B — Beirut, Baabda, Matn, Byblos, Nabatiyeh, Sidon, Tyre, Tripoli, Miniyeh–Danniyeh, Aley, Batroun, Bsharri, Chouf, Keserwan, Koura, Zgharta: 2–5 business days
- Zone C — Akkar, Baalbek, Hermel, Bint Jbeil, Hasbaya, Marjeyoun, Rashaya, Western Beqaa, Zahle, Jezzine: 4–6 business days
Weekends & delays
Delivery timelines are calculated in business days and exclude Saturday and Sunday. Saturday deliveries may occur at minimal capacity. In cases of availability challenges, delivery may extend by 24–48 hours — our team will notify you promptly.

Modifying or cancelling your order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order on ayoubcomputers.com, please contact our team as soon as possible. For orders fulfilled by a third-party vendor, cancellation requests are subject to the vendor's processing status — contact us immediately and we will coordinate on your behalf.

Specialized requests & international sourcing
For products not listed on ayoubcomputers.com, or items without a published price, we welcome quotation requests from both individual and corporate customers. For products requiring international sourcing from our global supply network — including the USA, UAE, China, Hong Kong, and Europe — our team will provide specific terms, lead times, and availability estimates.
Order receiving & verification
Upon receiving your order — whether fulfilled by Ayoub Computers or a marketplace vendor — please conduct a thorough inspection before accepting delivery:
- Confirm the product is in its original, sealed packaging.
- Verify the model number matches your order and the invoice.
- Check that the outer packaging shows no signs of physical damage.
Right to inspect before accepting
You have the right to request the delivery person wait while you open the shipping package and verify the contents before accepting. Accepting the product confirms that packaging is intact and the correct item was delivered. Physically damaged items cannot be returned once delivery is accepted, as vendors do not accept warranty replacements for items damaged post-delivery.

Warranties are fulfilled by authorised third-party service partners, brand service centers, or directly by Ayoub Computers — depending on the product's sourcing and distribution. ayoubcomputers.com acts as the warranty guarantor for all products listed on the platform, ensuring that the warranty terms displayed on each product page are honoured and enforced, whether the product is sold by Ayoub Computers or by an approved third-party vendor.

ayoubcomputers.com acts as the warranty guarantor for every product listed on the platform. The warranty terms displayed on each product page are binding and will be enforced by ayoubcomputers.com — regardless of whether the product was sold by Ayoub Computers directly or by a third-party vendor. If a vendor fails to honour the listed warranty terms, ayoubcomputers.com will intervene and ensure the customer's rights are protected.
International service center
Applicable to products sourced and imported by Ayoub Computers or by any authorised third-party seller listed on ayoubcomputers.com, where the warranty is fulfilled via the brand's designated international service center. Resolution options are limited to: repair & return, similar replacement, or partial refund. Full refunds are not applicable under this warranty type. ayoubcomputers.com acts as warranty guarantor and oversees the fulfilment process in accordance with the warranty terms published on the respective product page.
Local distributor warranty
Warranty is handled by the brand's authorised local distributor or service center in Lebanon. ayoubcomputers.com acts as intermediary and warranty guarantor, ensuring the terms listed on the product page are honoured. The final technical determination rests with the service center, but ayoubcomputers.com will escalate on the customer's behalf where required.
Directly imported — no local service center
Applicable to products directly imported by Ayoub Computers or by an authorised third-party seller listed on ayoubcomputers.com, where no local service center exists in Lebanon. In such cases, Ayoub Computers — acting through and under the guarantee of ayoubcomputers.com — assumes full responsibility for all warranty-related actions, including logistics, assessment, and resolution. The warranty terms binding on this category are those published on the respective product page on ayoubcomputers.com at the time of purchase.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
A product is classified as DOA only upon formal report from the authorised service center following physical inspection. Customer declaration alone does not constitute DOA status. This applies to all products on the platform, regardless of vendor. ayoubcomputers.com guarantees the DOA process is initiated and resolved in accordance with the terms published on the product page.
General warranty conditions
- Warranty begins on the invoice date and expires at the end of the product's designated warranty period.
- Reporting a defect by phone or email does not constitute an official warranty claim. The product must be physically shipped to the relevant service center before warranty expiry.
- Only the customer named on the original invoice is eligible to submit a warranty claim.
- Return shipping costs to the service center are the customer's sole responsibility.
- Neither ayoubcomputers.com, Ayoub Computers, nor any marketplace vendor or service partner is liable for any data loss incurred during repair or replacement. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data prior to submitting a product for warranty service. Back up your data before sending the product.
- ayoubcomputers.com reserves the right to interpret and enforce all warranty policies across the platform — for both Ayoub Computers products and third-party vendor products — to maintain fairness, consistency, and customer protection.
