Scope of this return policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on ayoubcomputers.com, regardless of which party fulfilled the order. ayoubcomputers.com acts as the return coordinator and warranty guarantor for all products listed on the platform. The applicable return process may vary depending on the fulfilling entity:

Ayoub Computers (direct sales)

Mouawad & Jnah branches and direct online inventory — return handled directly by Ayoub Computers via ayoubcomputers.com.

Authorised Retail Partners

Zalqa, Beirut Salim Salam & Centro Mall — return coordination via ayoubcomputers.com; fulfilment responsibility rests with Authorised Retail Partner.

Third-party marketplace vendors

Independent sellers listed on ayoubcomputers.com marketplace — return coordinated through ayoubcomputers.com; vendor is independently responsible for their own sales and fulfilment.

Section 01

How to initiate a return

To begin the return process, please contact the ayoubcomputers.com team within 3 days of receiving your product. Return requests submitted after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the fulfilling entity.

Submit your return request by email

Email sales@ayoubcomputers.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging. All return requests are coordinated through ayoubcomputers.com regardless of which party fulfilled the order.

Receive your Return ID confirmation

Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique Return ID (RMA number). No returns will be accepted at our facility without a confirmed Return ID. Do not ship any item before receiving this confirmation from ayoubcomputers.com.

Ship the product to our facility — at your cost

The customer is solely responsible for shipping the product to the designated facility. ayoubcomputers.com and its authorised operators do not collect items from customer addresses — since the original order was delivered free of charge, return logistics are the customer's responsibility. Physical inspection at our facility is required before any return, refund, or replacement decision is made.

Ensure delivery within 5–7 business days

The product must reach our facility within 5–7 business days of Return ID confirmation. Clearly write your Return ID on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice inside.

Expert inspection & return ticket

Upon receipt, our qualified RMA team will open a ticket and conduct a thorough expert inspection. The ticket date determines warranty or return eligibility. The inspection report is final, binding, and non-negotiable. For marketplace vendor products, ayoubcomputers.com coordinates resolution with the respective vendor on the customer's behalf.

Refund initiated after inspection

Refunds are processed only after the final inspection report, no earlier than 3 business days from the product's confirmed receipt. No refund will be initiated before inspection is complete. The refund value is determined solely by the inspection findings and the fulfilling entity's applicable policy — as guaranteed by ayoubcomputers.com.

Customer shipping responsibility — legal notice

Since ayoubcomputers.com provides free delivery on all orders, the cost and responsibility of return shipping rests entirely with the customer. Neither Ayoub Computers, any authorised retail partner, nor any third-party marketplace vendor shall collect items from customer premises under any circumstances. The product must be delivered to the designated facility before any return, inspection, refund, or replacement process can commence. Failure to ship the item within the specified timeframe voids the return request without exception.


Section 02

Accepted return conditions & refund values

The condition of the returned product at the time of expert inspection determines the applicable refund value. This applies to all products on ayoubcomputers.com — whether sold by Ayoub Computers, marketplace vendors, or fulfilled via authorised retail partners.

Restocking fee — 10% (minimum $10)

A restocking fee of 10% (minimum $10) applies to all sealed product returns, except in confirmed cases of incorrect item delivery or DOA as determined by the inspection report. For marketplace vendor products, the vendor's applicable restocking policy applies, subject to ayoubcomputers.com oversight.


Section 03

Packaging & condition requirements

To ensure your return is accepted and processed at the highest possible refund value, all returned items must meet the following packaging standards — applicable to all products regardless of fulfilling entity:

  • Return the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all inner packing materials, foam inserts, and protective wrapping.
  • Include all original accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards, and any bundled items that came with the product.
  • Do not write on, tape directly over, or damage the original product box. Place it inside a separate outer shipping box.
  • Clearly write your Return ID on the outside of the shipping package.
  • Include a printed copy of your original invoice inside the package.

Packaging damage directly affects your refund

Any tearing, writing, tape damage to the original product box, or missing accessories will be documented in the expert inspection report and may result in a reduced refund value or outright rejection of the return. The inspection report is final, binding, and non-negotiable. By submitting a return, the customer unconditionally accepts this condition.


Section 04

Special return scenarios

✓ Incorrect item delivered

If the wrong product was shipped — whether by Ayoub Computers, an authorised retail partner, or a third-party marketplace vendorayoubcomputers.com will facilitate the return and ensure a full refund or immediate replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 3 days with clear photos. The customer remains responsible for delivering the item to our facility, as physical inspection is required regardless of this exception.

✓ Dead on Arrival (DOA)

A product is classified as DOA only upon formal written confirmation from our service center after expert inspection. A confirmed DOA entitles the customer to a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee. ayoubcomputers.com acts as guarantor for DOA resolution across all products on the platform, including marketplace vendor products. Customer-reported DOA claims without service center confirmation are not accepted.

⚠ Opened but unused

Products that have been opened but not used, with all original packaging and accessories fully intact, may be returned at 60–80% of their original value. A restocking fee applies. The exact refund percentage is determined solely by the expert inspection report.

✗ Used items — not accepted

Returns of used items are not accepted under any circumstances — whether the product was sold by Ayoub Computers, an authorised retail partner, or a marketplace vendor. The product must show absolutely no signs of use, configuration, installation, or wear. Used products sent to our facility without approval will be returned to the customer at the customer's shipping cost.


Section 05

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This applies to all products on ayoubcomputers.com regardless of the fulfilling entity.

Software — once opened

Opened software licenses, digital activation keys, and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable without exception.

Special-order & custom items

Products sourced specifically upon customer request, custom configurations, or internationally imported-to-order items cannot be returned.

Returns without a valid Return ID

Our facility will refuse all returned items delivered without a confirmed Return ID. Unauthorised returns will be held and returned at the customer's cost.

Returns after 3 days of receipt

Return requests submitted more than 3 days after the confirmed delivery date are not accepted without exception.

Used or configured products

Any product showing signs of use, installation, configuration, or modification is ineligible for return regardless of fulfilling entity.

Items sent without prior approval

Products shipped to our facility without an approved Return ID will not be processed and will be returned at the sender's expense.

Expert inspection report is final & legally binding

By initiating a return and shipping the product to our facility, the customer unconditionally agrees that the outcome of the expert inspection report is final, binding, and non-negotiable. This applies to all products on ayoubcomputers.com regardless of whether they were sold by Ayoub Computers, an authorised retail partner, or a third-party marketplace vendor. No refund will be initiated before 3 business days from the confirmed receipt of the product. Customers have no right to dispute or override the inspection report findings. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
